Jennifer V. Kim, MS, FNP-BC

Jennifer Victoria Kim, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Rebuild My Matrix, a private wellness and regenerative health practice in Great Neck, NY. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Jennifer brings a thoughtful, clinically grounded approach to patient care, combining evidence-informed practice with individualized treatment planning.

At Rebuild My Matrix, Jennifer focuses on regenerative musculoskeletal care, NeuroFascial Microinjection therapy, IV hydration, Nutrient therapies and Aesthetic Restoration for skin and hair health. Her approach emphasizes education, transparency, and collaboration, helping patients understand how pain, movement, recovery, hydration, tissue health, and appearance all contribute to optimal health, function, and overall well-being. 

In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer serves as adjunct faculty in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Pace University, where she supports the clinical development of future nurse practitioners.
